Shipping & Return Policy


We accept returns of domestic orders within three (3) days of the date the order was received. The request must be made within three (3) days after receiving your order (Starting when the tracking number appears as “delivered” or “available for pick up”), otherwise we will deny the request.

  •  No money will be refunded only STORE CREDIT.
  • Store Credits are valid for 90 days from the day it was created.  
  • We only accept two (2) consecutive returns per customer and no more than 5 returns accepted per calendar year. Otherwise, no request for returns will be accepted. 

Merchandise must be returned new, unworn, without any odors, unaltered and with tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.


  • All Sales Items, Pre-Orders, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Leather & Metallic clothing , White & Ivory Clothing, Sequin clothing, Rhinestone clothing, Holiday or seasonal clothing, Layaways, One Size Clothing, Accessories, Jewelry, are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns nor exchanges.
  • Sale Events that include sale items and or discount codes are Final Sale and are not elegible for returns nor exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL: We are currently NOT accepting returns or exchanges in any case on international orders. All sales will be FINAL. 


To request a return, please click here: Start a Return within three (3) days after receiving your order, and we will contact you with the instructions. 

Order that we receive without having completed the process, will NOT be accepted and will be returned.


All pre-orders are final sales and cannot be returned and/or changed in size. Pre-orders are paid in full and cannot be cancelled. On some occasions, we have problems with suppliers and it is in that only case in which Baú Boutique agrees to return 100% of the money.

If you make a purchase that includes a pre-order and an in-stock items, understand that everything will be shipped as soon as the pre-order arrives. If you need the in stock items sooner, please write to us and we can ship them for an additional cost of $6.

Every pre-order has an approximate time frame to arrive, understand: 2-8 weeks.


Manual Discount Codes should be applied at Check Out. Discounts Codes can't be applied after purchase.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order is fulfilled. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If the shipping address was entered incomplete or incorrect and you notice immediately after completing your order please feel free to contact us. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling the order will require a new shipping label which the costumer must pay. 


Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit. 

Returned items due to incorrect addresses will require a new shipping label which the costumer must pay.

If you refuse to pay the shipping cost for the returned item due to incorrect addresses, you can request to cancel the order and obtain a credit to the store with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total of your order.


We offer FREE SHIPPING in orders over $125 to PR & USA.

We have the following shipping option available for select eligible regions:

USPS First-Class Mail- $6 for PR and $8 for USA & USPS Priority Shipping - $9 for PR and $11 for USA. 

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

Baú Boutique are not responsible for any delay, lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS. 


    Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.


    If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right, we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning pieces more than even our most loyal customers would, or the items returned don't match what you ordered. Then we may reserve our right to refuse any return and might have to deactivate your account. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Support and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

    We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, and exchanges.
