Return & Exchange Policy
- For online orders and in store orders, 3 days for any exchange or return. (Starting when the tracking number appears as “delivered” or “available for pick up”). Ex: if the tracking number says it was delivered on the 10th at 3pm, you would have until the 13th at 3pm to request a exchange.
- Make sure you send a Return Request to firstname.lastname@example.org. NO INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK INBOX.
- Explain the reason for your return.
- Once we approve and send you a Return Confirmation email, send your item(s) back to us within 3 days after receiving your order. (the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item and the shipping cost for us send it back to you.)
- Baú Boutique need the tracking number of the returned item. Baú Boutique is NOT responsable for any lost or undelivered packages. Tracking number is obligatory.
- The item(s) must have all the label/tags still attached and must be unwashed and unused.
- Baú Boutique gives NO MONEY REFUND in any case. Just a credit on the store. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Once we confirm the item(s) has been returned correctly, and we approve the request, we will send you an email with a GIFT CARD, with the total amount of your original purchase (excluding the shipping cost) or we will sending you the right item.
- If what you want is a SIZE CHANGE, please specify that on the email, and we will make the change if the item(s) is returned in the conditions stated above.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE purchases are final.
- Items purchased with a discount code is a FINAL sale.
- White clothing can not be returned or exchanged. White clothing is a FINAL sale.
- Layaway are FINAL sale.
- Accessories are final sale.
- Corkcicle and Baggu items are final sale.
- Sunglasses are final sale.
- One Size clothing are final sale.
- Swimwear are final sale.
- Leather & Sequins are final sale.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Holiday Season Return Policy
Holiday season purchases will be Final Sale (November 1 -January 6)
Only gifts PURCHASED on DECEMBER 15-24 can be returned until DECEMBER 30, 2021 if qualify.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ITEM IS A GIFT, IF PURCHASING A GIFT ONLINE IN THE NOTES AREA PLEASE WRITE IF ITEM IS A GIFT.
IF ITS NOT MARKED AS A GIFT WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING THE RETURN.
